i don't got it
don't know why,
can't seem to find it.
been, what, 4 days since i ran at all? another 4 or 5 days before that day.
foot is hurt. may be stress fracture. hard to tell.
resting it. going crazy sitting at home.
bought new shoes, hoping that "fixes" the issue.
was supposed to run 3000 miles this year. gonna be real hard now.
tried to outlast my appetite today,
couldn't focus much during the afternoon.
tried reading, but found it too hard.
non-fic book too, so, even harder.
let's get some miles on these legs
and everything goes back to normal.
